Karaage Chicken
Karaage is often cited to have been popularized in the 1920s by the Toyoken restaurant in Beppu, Japan. The method was popularized because of the food shortages in Japan after World War II, specifically for chicken.
Karaage Chicken is the signature dish at oh my SUSHI venues.
Sashimi
Our fresh daily cured / aged Salmon Sashimi is delicious. Sashimi means "pierced body" in Japanese and our highly skilled chefs treat our sashimi with the utmost respect. Full of protein, Salmon is always a healthy option.
